Renew of customer payments
- NSS will sent you a renew notification by [E-mail] and [letter] on the 15th the month before the expiration date.Please chick your email and mailing address to see the mail, because it include the renew order number and the payment information.
Example: if your expiration date is [2009/04/15] on Sunday, then your renew notification letter will be sent out on [2009/ 03/15]. If the sending date is on the weekend or the holiday, we will send the email few days early.
Example: If the sending day is [2009/03/15] on Sunday then your renew notification letter will be sent out on [2009/03/13] Friday. - For our customer if you would like to pay for your payment early, we are recommended you to pay by credit card for your payment[ click link ]
- Enter payer information and total price then you can pay by credit card.
If you need to pay by bank transfer or remittance to NSS bank account, please call our customer service +886-2-4499-314 ext. 131.
